For digital content purchased by consumers in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun, provided that the customer has given prior express consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins. This consent is obtained at checkout prior to purchase completion.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate country information at the time of purchase. Where a purchase is made from outside the European Union but EU residency is later determined, statutory consumer rights may apply in accordance with applicable law.
